Graphing Down & Distance

It’s not uncommon for baseball blogs to get their geek on, but it isn’t quite as common with college football blogs. That is what is so neat about these graphs that are available at MGoBlog. The author has a database of pretty much every play in college football, and he’s made graphs available for typical third down conversion percentages based on distance.

This should prove to be a great time waster for college football junkies, and the graphical displays would make Studes proud.
